Once you have perfected your speech, perhaps you are nervous about reading it out loud to your audience. Don’t worry – AI has you covered! There are several excelent text-to-speach generators available. Pride of place probably goes to ElevenLabs. With their free and paid options you can quickly turn the text of your speech into spoken audio from a range of different voices and even translate into other languages and creat the audio file. ElevenLabs even allows you to teach it how you speak by providing samples of you talking to train the app. It can then turn your text into you speaking, even in another language.

Another text to speech option is Voisi which allows for text to speech conversations between different character voices and also accents so you could get into an argument with a Scotsman and his Irish friend. I have only just got access to this app but will report back when I have had chance to play.

Once you have your audio file, another great tool is Synthesys Extended, a plug-in app for Canva that allows you to tie the audio file to a still image of a person then animate the image for eye and body movements while syncing lip movement to the audio text.The resulting video can be used as part of a longer video or green-screened and re-sized for an overlay to another video.
